So it’s a wonder how foods create magic in our lives when dressed with the perfect hands and their tastes….
‘FOOD LOVERS’ – I am presenting the perfect window for your love and for creative minds…take a look at the cuisine so rare..and bring it out in your food as well..I hereby present a young duo of chefs –“ADA-ARMENIA” with their creation of Indo-Armenian dishes.
We , from Adamas World School, opting for the best options available with us, present you with a taste from Armenia. and the best surprise for that is its preparation being absolutely without flame and a awsome taste.

DISHES ON OUR PLATTER
Armindian Lime Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- Boiled and shredded chicken
- Boiled corn
- Bpoiled peas
- Mayonaisse
- Lemon
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Lettuce
- Mint Leaves
- Cucumber
- Southwest Dressing Sauce
- Peprica
- Oregano
And here’s how to proceed with it…
It’s started with taking shredded and boiled chicken in a bowl with the other ingredients like boiled corn and peas. Olive oil is added and the contents are gently mixed with it.Lettuce ,cucumber pieces are added . Mayonaise, salt and sauce is important for this recipe which can be added as per an individual’s taste. Oregano and peprica can be added for the tangy taste.the contents are mixed and finally the dish is garnished with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
The food with a satisfying delicious look is sure to fill your hunger for taste and for experiments..

ROSE MOHITO
INGREDIENTS
- Soda
- Rooh Afza
- Blue Lagoon Syrup
- Lemon Juice
- Mint Leaves
- Ice cubes
- Sugar
Method to proceed with it…
A glass, preferably transparent, is taken to have the colour of the drink in view.Starting by adding sugar,soda is poured. Soon after blue lagoon syrup and rooh afza is used in it.Finally see the colour changes beautifully with red at the bottom and purple on the top satisfying your senses to the fullest.
The taste is too refreshing and quite enjoyable being perfect with the chicken salad. All that is needed are the ingredients and a taste for foods to make it delicious.
